WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP OF THE PUPPY PURCHASE PROCESS?

We want this to be a fun, smooth and comfortable puppy buying experience for you so we ask that you contact us by email, text or phone call with any questions you may have. Once you and your family have decided to move forward with adding a new puppy to your home we ask that you complete reserve your puppy under the Reserve Today Tab.

HOW CAN I SECURE THE PUPPY I WANT TO PURCHASE?

We require a $200 non-refundable deposit to place a puppy or a kitten on hold. We will hold the puppy for 12 hours after receiving the deposit. We will contact you once the deposit has been paid. If we do not hear back from you after our correspondence during the 12 hour period then we will have to release the hold.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PUPPY?

If you are ready to proceed once the deposit is paid, then we will email you a deposit agreement. We accepts Paypal, Venmo and all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you choose to pick your puppy up we accept cash, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.

WHAT WILL WE RECEIVE WITH OUR PUPPY?

You will receive: complete vaccine and deworming record, a baggie of puppy food, the squeak toy he/she is familiar with, some peepads and Registration paperwork such as AKC,CKC(if applicable). Your puppy will arrive in a pet carrier (if flying) which is yours to keep. Your puppy will arrive up to date on all shots. Your puppy will receive a comprehensive evaluation from our Board Certified Licensed Veterinarian before coming home to you.
